You can follow the meal plan exactly, create your own modifications, or pick out your favorite recipes from our large selection. You can repeat your favorite recipes as often as you like, depending on your schedule. Plus, we know no one has the time to cook every meal every day, so each recipe will provide about 2-3 servings -- we’ve even accounted for leftover meals during the 10 days.
